Neither Intersections, nor its content provider YellowBrix, Inc. (“YellowBrix”), nor any third party licensor shall have any liability for the accuracy or completeness of the service or any component thereof or for delays, unauthenticity, omissions or other defects therein nor for any claims or losses arising therefor or occasioned thereby, including without limitation, any lost profits, indirect, special or consequential damages.
